Cloudzy Review – Premium and Affordable Cloud/VPS

Cloudzy is a premium VPS (cloud) provider that was founded in 2008. They now offer Linux, Windows, RDP, and Forex VPS hosting services. Read our review here.

About Cloudzy

Cloudzy started out as RouterHosting and then rebranded into Cloudzy. With the rebrand, they started expanding and improving their services. They started out in 2008 with just one server location and expanded into what they are today – a cloud provider offering servers from 15+ locations. They’ve been in business for more than 14 years! They’ve truly withstood the test of time.

What Cloudzy offers

There are several Cloud/VPS hosting plans to choose from:

Features of all their VPS plans:

  • All their VPS plans start at $7.95 per month if billed annually, otherwise, it’s $9.95 per month.
  • All their VPSes use NVMe SSD and other high-end hardware.
  • You get root access
  • AI-powered DDoS protection
  • 24/7 customer support
  • 99.95% guaranteed uptime
  • 7-day money-back guarantee

Their cheapest VPS plan has: 2 vCPUs 2.9+ GHz, 2GB DDR4 RAM, 30GB NVMe, 3TB Bandwidth, and 10Gbps Connections. This, along with all their other features, makes them a great and affordable choice for cloud servers.

You can choose from Rocky Linux, CentOS, Fedora, Ubuntu, Debian, and Windows as your server OS.

Their VPS control panel has a VNC feature, logs, SSH keys, and everything else you’d need in a VPS panel. You can resize, reinstall, and manage your server straight from the panel.

Cloudzy server benchmark

We tested a server with 2 vCPUs, 2GB RAM, and a 50GB NVMe disk running Ubuntu 22.04. We run nench and got these results:

Things we like about Cloudzy

There are a lot of things to like here. Some of them are that they accept cryptocurrencies as payment, including:

  • Bitcoin
  • Ethereum
  • Monero
  • Tether
  • and more

The pricing is great and affordable, it’s even comparable or cheaper to most other major cloud providers. With Cloudzy, you’ll get all the features we talked about in this review for a low price, without sacrificing quality. Premium service at a top price.

The fact that they’ve been in business for more than 14 years is great. Their experience is guaranteed. And it’s proof for the quality of service they are offering, considering they’re still in business after all those years, still getting great reviews from old and new customers.

Things we don’t like about Cloudzy

One thing we don’t like is that they don’t have a fully managed option. So if you don’t really know how to manage a server, Cloudzy is not the right fit for you. Again, for an unmanaged server provider, they are great. So for what they are offering, they are a perfect fit.

They also don’t have shared web hosting options, but they aren’t even in that field/category, so there’s no harm done there.

Conclusion on our Cloudzy review

They are an all-around great cloud/VPS hosting provider. Considering their pricing and 7-day money-back guarantee, you can try them out and see for yourself if they are a good fit for you.
